Shipping & Delivery
NotesnLeather.com will send your order to any of the 50 U.S. states and to several international destinations.
All shipping costs include handling and may be subject to state tax (NY customers only - 8.375%).
- Orders received Monday - Thursday by 1:00 p.m. EST are usually shipped within 48hrs.
- All orders placed after on Friday - Sunday are typically shipped by end of business day on Monday, E.S.T.
- Continental U.S. - Serviced by Fedex or USPS Priority, Parcel Post, Express Mail
- P.O. Boxes, APO & International Mail - Serviced by USPS Priority, Parcel Post, and or Express Mail - Some of our items are handcrafted (made to order). Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
- Backorders and Preorders - you will be notified in the shopping cart if an item is back-ordered. In some cases we allow pre-ordering of items. Please note that these orders will be charged within 30 days of purchase as required by our Payment Gateway.

When will I receive my order?
While we can't guarantee how long it will take a third-party shipping partner, such as USPS or FedEx, to deliver an item to you, we will indicate the number of days we expect it to take for the item to leave our warehouse.
If FedEx or USPS is delivering your purchase, you can track your order online at fedex.com or usps.com. Or, you can click on the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email.

Standard Ground Shipping USA : 3-7 business days once the order leaves our warehouse
2nd Day or Priority Mail : 2-4 business days once the order leaves our warehouse
Overnight or Express Mail : 1-2 business days once the order leaves our warehouse

Please Note: Overnight or 2nd Day does NOT mean that your order will arrive the next business day or the day after. We will expedite the processing of your order and will try to ship by the same business day ordered. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped by the shipping method selected.

What information do we collect?

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, tax id where necessary, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Returns & Replacements
We would absolutely like for you to love everything you purchase on our website and are continuously trying to improve your shopping experience. That said, regretfully we cannot accept returns for:
- any item not in resalable condition
- in its original packaging
- any item that has been personalized
- special ordered
- international deliveries
Your return request MUST be sent to us in writing. To arrange for a refund please send an email to our Customer Service Department at contact@notesnleather.com within 14 days after your order has been delivered. Here you will receive instructions on how to return.
Please Note: A refused order will be handled as a returned order.
RETURNS FOR 2010 DATED PLANNERS AND CALENDARS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2009.

Exchanges
To arrange for an exchange please send an email to our Customer Service Department at contact@notesnleather.com. We charge a postage fee for items exchanged.

Shipping for returns
Ship your package to us using the carrier of your choice; return postage is at your expense. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request delivery confirmation.

Credit for returns
After we have received your package and inspect it to meet the criteria for returns above, we will credit the approved refund amount (subtotal + applicable taxes) to the credit card originally used to place the order; shipping and handling cost will not be refunded. Returns on items that included "Free Shipping" will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you. However, for items that are damaged (not carrier related), defective, or not what you ordered, we will be happy to refund your original shipping cost. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We will send you a refund confirming the receipt and refund of your order.

The NotesnLeather.com online ordering system is quick, simple and secure. As you browse NotesnLeather.com, click on a category of choice and when you find items you want, you may:
- click the "ADD TO CART" button to place your item in the shopping cart, or if you want to see further details before making your final purchase, click on the item and a new page will open up with dedicated information regarding the product. The product may contain other relevant specifics including but not limited to quantity, color, size etc. You may also click the "ADD TO CART" on this page.
- after an item is added to the shopping cart, you will then be taken to your own personal shopping cart page where you can see exactly which items you have chosen. You may also use this page to add or remove items at any time while you continue to browse our site by clicking on the 'My Cart' button. Click "CONTINUE SHOPPING" to continue browsing, otherwise if you are happy with your selection(s), click "CHECKOUT" to finalize your order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The easiest way to buy a product is with your credit card. We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Our web pages are being hosted on the secure servers uses SSL certificate and encryption software to protect and ensure secure transmission of your credit card.

Sales Tax - 8.375 percent (%) sales tax will be added for orders shipped to New York ONLY.

Prices for items are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Occasionally items will be out of stock. In most cases out of stock items may not be ordered. If you would like to be notified when a backordered item becomes available, please contact us. Non-personalized items are charged at time of shipment. If, for some reason, an item is unavailable, a Customer Service team member will contact you within 24 hours.

Viewing Orders
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you'll receive an immediate confirmation for your order while you're still at notesnleather.com. You'll also receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provide. Print and save both for your records, they include an order number that you can use to check the status of your order on the My Account page.

How can I check my Order Status?
If you are a registered notesnleather.com user, you can sign in to your account and click on 'My Orders' to retrieve your order status information.

Updating Account Information
If you are a registered notesnleather.com user, you can sign in to 'My Account' dashboard which gives you control over all your information. Here you can remove or add information buy click on the 'Edit' button located on each setting.
